top BRHS
athletic award
Jordan Fore and Matthew Chadwick are the recipients of the 2007 Herschel Bryant Athlete Award. The award, based on athletic ability, character, academics and sportsmanship, is presented annually to a Black Rock High School male and female student.
The award was presented to Fore and Chadwick during the Athletic banquet on May 22. Chadwick's brother, Chad, was the first male recipient of the award in 1995.
Fore is the daughter of Steve and Robyn Fore of Powhatan and Chadwick is the son of Eddie and Peggy Chadwick of Black Rock.
