Brian Higginbotham hit a three-run home run, while Drew Meyer and Waylon Roger added two-run blasts, as Sloan-Hendrix routed Maynard 17-2 in high school baseball action on Friday.

Higginbotham was the winning pitcher, allowing only two hits and two walks, with six strikeouts in the four-inning game.

White County Central

Sloan-Hendrix defeated White County Central on March 13 at Imboden.

Phillip Dunn recorded 13 strikeouts and two walks to earn the win.

Waylon Roges batted 3-for-4 with an RBI. Trevor Anderson went 2-for-4 with three RBIs. Cody Simpson hit 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Stanley Archer batted 2-for-3.
