Lady Cats win two

The Lady Bobcats traveled to Brookland on Thursday and defeated the Lady Bearcats 10-4.

Staci Spargo walked two, struck out four and allowed two earned runs on five hits to earn the complete-game win.

Jessica Osbahr had two hits and two RBIs. Morgan Whitcher added two hits and one RBI, and Lindsey Sims recorded three RBIs.

Weiner

The Lady Cats defeated Weiner 13-0 on March 14 at Weiner.

Spargo pitched a six-inning no hitter to earn the win. Spargo struck out seven and walked only one, as the Lady Cardinals failed to get a runner past second base.

Sims batted 2-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs. Chelsey Linebaugh hit 2-for-5, including an inside the park home run and had three RBIs. Taylor Wagoner went 3-for-4 with an RBI.
