Ravenden man
dies in wreck
A Ravenden man was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 67 in Hoxie, just south of the Highway 63 interchange, on March 7, according to a report from the Arkansas State Police.
Jeremiah R. Goza, 21, was killed when the 1993 Chevrolet pickup he was driving crossed the center line and hit a 2005 International tractor-trailer. The driver of the International, Robert Warren, 61, of West Memphis was not injured.
The accident, which occurred at 5:10 p.m., blocked both lanes, stopping north and southbound traffic on Highway 67 for more than two hours.
Cpl. Creston Hutton investigated the accident.
