Sully Bigger named
MVP at state finals
Sully Bigger, a member of Hoxie's Junior High Quiz Bowl team, was named Most Valuable Player at the Arkansas Governor's Quiz Bowl Association 3A State Finals. He is the son of Jim and Dana Bigger.
The team, which includes Jennifer Henderson, Katelyn Cook, Ashlyn Abbott, Dalton Henson, Colby Whitlow, Nik Ryan and Bigger, took first place at the state competition.
Bigger and Henson were also named top players at the Regional 3A Tournament on Feb. 10.
