Hillcrest boys fall to ORC

The Hillcrest senior boys lost to Oak Ridge Central 61-59 in high school basketball on Nov. 7 at Ravenden Springs.

Hillcrest led 31-22 at halftime, but ORC rallied in the third quarter to take a 42-37 lead and held off the ScreaminÕ Eagles in the final period for the win.

Aaron Britton led the Eagles with 11 points, and Jared Parker contributed nine points. Chris Blevins, Rob Mise and Ludie Sexton added eight points each. Blevins pulled down 10 rebounds, and Mize had seven. Dillion Simpson closed with six points. Jordan Hunter had five points, and Patrick Corder tossed in four.
