I grew up a Cardinal fan. I had no choice really. My two brothers and my dad watched them every time they were on television ~ and when they weren't on TV, we listened to them on the radio. I thought that once I was grown with a family of my own I would never have to watch a game again... continued...
Festival was a good timeCongratulations and thanks to all the organizers, volunteers and participants of the Iron Mountain Fall Festival. It truly was fun, from the morning activities until after dark with the movie and haunted house. The Chamber's festival committee, headed by Karen Williams, apparently works quite well together and knows how to get things done. Thankfully, Mother Nature did her part and brought sunshine on Saturday after a few days of rain. Even with the best of efforts, the weather will make or break an outdoor festival. continued...
